Japanese Noodly Goodness

And now we have a couple of main events! I’ve populated the Main Event page with two main dishes: my sister’s Potato Enchiladas and my Yummy Yakisoba. I made the Yakisoba tonight…I’m really stuffed. So stuffed that I don’t have room for dessert or for sake!  I hope you enjoy it too! In the meantime – go check out the main dishes!

I just added a recipe for bruschetta. It’s fairly yummy…at least I think so. And my kids love it so you know it’s gotta be halfway decent!
