Chicken Salad (with Grapes)

This recipe gets better and better every time I make it. It’s evolutionary that way! Tonight, I added grapes to my fairly standard chicken salad recipe and holy great grapeness, Batman! This was a great addition!

Chicken Salad

As a snack!

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cooked or canned chicken breast

8-10 little red seedless grapes, cut into 1/4ths

1 stalk celery, chopped

1 Tbsp green onion, chopped

2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

3 Tbsps mayonnaise (I dont’ use Miracle Whip)

1 Tbsp yellow mustard

1/2 Tbsp powdered Ranch mix

1 tsp sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve between two slices of bread (a sandwich!) or on top of crackers (an appetizer!) or with celery (a snack!).
