Pico de Talley
Pico de Talley This is my
first recipe – it’s not soup; it’s salsa! I’ll add soup later so
come back and check out our recipes as we add them.
Ingredients:
8 fresh small Campari tomatoes
Chopped cilantro (to taste)
2 small cloves garlic (finely chopped)
3 Tbsp green onion
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime
1 Jalapeno
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper (to taste) Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Mix all together!
It’s better after it’s been refrigerated for a couple of hours and
tastes really good with tortilla chips.
